Finance and Administration Assistant

Position Summary

The position is for Cambodian nationals only

What we offer

  • Net Monthly salary 694 USD (Salary Tax covered by DVVI)
  • Allowance for phone and transport 70 USD
  • Thirteen-month salary
  • Seniority payment
  • NSSF
  • Accident and health insurance 24hour (FORTE)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintenance all assets and inventory
  • Purchasing/Logistic
  • Organize event/Invitation, assist in the workshop/event if needed.
  • Assisting in the processing of documents (grand agreement, translated document.)
  • Record transaction in cash book/bank book in Ms. Excell
  • Responsible for cash count
  • Prepared accounting document (voucher, invoice, receipt,…etc)
  • Prepare a budget plan for events, field visits, and purchases of office material, DSA, rental services, invoices, and receipts for payment.
  • Renew insurance staff.
  • Prepare payment / advance request.
  • Prepare payroll list, NSSF/Pension fund
  • Arrange VISA for internship.
  • Manage and make sure the hygiene in the office is clean.
  • Other task as required by country director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in accounting or related (essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as accountant.
  • Experience of working with donor organizations (desirable)
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of NSSF/pension fund, and tax
  • Flexibility and willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks
  • Understanding of the financial sector in Cambodia
  • Good command of the English language
