Finance and Admin Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls
- Supervise administrative functions and office operations
- Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation
- Lead and develop the finance and admin team
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Work History:
- Experience, preferably in hospitality or NGO sectors for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Soft Skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
