Finance-Administrative Executive

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Banking / Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday-Friday : 8AM – 12PM; 1:00PM – 5:00PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring AR daily collection
  • Filling document (filling voucher /receipt /invoice)
  • Monitoring AR outstanding (follow up payment with customer)
  • Reviewing/tracking invoices from vendors.
  • Recording purchasing transactions in accounting system.
  • Facilitate Office Management, Electricity Usage and Office Stuff
  • Seeking and purpose outsource provide for Office Service
  • Perform other tasks to be assigned by management

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Chinese - Simplified is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • At least 1 or 2-years’ experience in Finance or related AR part.
  • Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage
  • Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word
Soft Skills
  • Hard/smart working individual
  • Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline
  • Willing to learn and initiating improvement in daily work
  • Able to work independently and/or as a team
 
 

General Affair Executive

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: HR, Exec. / Management, Banking / Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday : 8AM – 12PM; 1:00PM – 5:00PM

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Administrative task
  • Manage HR functions including attendance, leave, recruitment, transfer, termination, and insurance
  • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure compliance and proper record keeping
  • Oversee office management, electricity usage, and office supplies
  • Coordinate Office Space Rental agreements
  • Source and purpose outsourced service provider for Office needs
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
  • IT & Technical Support
  • Provide basic IT support for office equipment and systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office IT infrastructure

Work History:
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in Finance, General affairs, HR or IT related fields for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Cambodia's labor law is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and basic maintenance skill
  • Basic Accounting skills are an advantage
  • Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese are an added advantage
  • Strong command of Microsoft office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills
  • Hardworking, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Willing to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
