- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor Field Service Engineers.

- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field operations.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand client needs and expectations.
- Review customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Analyze service data and generate reports on team performance and service metrics.
- Develop strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets related to field operations, including travel, repairs, and staffing.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or improve cost efficiency.
- Technical Oversight
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements.
- Provide guidance on complex technical issues and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a field service engineering role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Proven experience managing teams in a technical field service environment.
- Technical Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Field Service Engineer Senior
The position is for Health Care
- Installation and Setup
- Install and configure equipment, machinery, or systems at customer locations.
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments.
- Ensure the equipment is functional and meets specifications.
- Maintenance and Repairs
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components or systems.
- Customer Support
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Document service reports, including work completed and parts used.
- Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to company and regulatory safety protocols while working on-site.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with applicable standards.
- Technical Upgrades
- Update equipment with the latest hardware, software, or firmware upgrades.
- Suggest enhancements or modifications to improve efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed service logs and documentation.
- Submit reports on customer feedback and issues encountered.
- Other Tasks
- Work closely with internal teams such as engineering, sales, and customer support.
- Provide feedback for product improvements based on field experience.
- Bachelor degree Technician/Engineer in Electricity and Electronic or related fields
- Degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, computer science, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar field service or technical role.Ability to lead or develop sale team capacities and problem solving skills very effectively
