The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project is a global project, funded by the U.S. Government, that provides strategic technical support and direct service delivery to achieve HIV epidemic control; strengthen global health security (GHS), including outbreak response; and improve maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH), nutrition, and malaria outcomes. Across these health areas, EpiC builds resilient health systems by equipping governments to effectively manage, deliver, and finance service delivery.

Scope of Work

The Field Operations Support Officers will provide coordination and operational support at the national and sub-national level, as well as financial, logistical, and administrative support for trainings, workshops, learning sessions, and other field activities, ensuring that all supporting documents are complete and compliant with FHI 360 requirements. The position will be based in Phnom Penh, with frequent travel to the provinces.

The period of performance is expected from June 10, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The total number of Level of Offort (LoE) for this service is maximum of 60 days per individual consultant.

Location of Work:

The position will be based in FHI 360 office in Phnom Penh.

Travel:

The Field Operations Support Officers will travel to target provinces as required by the project. FHI 360 will provide per diem and accommodation for travel outside the assigned location, in accordance with its travel policies.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public health, or related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in administration and logistics
  • Experience organizing events such as workshops, meetings, and trainings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Khmer and working knowledge of English is an advantage
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
