Field Manager
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Assist Research Manager in overall fieldwork management/ operation both quantitative and qualitative research
- Fieldwork controlling/ supervising/monitoring
- Assist in fieldworkers briefing/ training
- Assist in data processing as such design data coding, data entry and data checking
- Conduct interview both quantitative and qualitative if require
- Provide clients services when necessary
- Assist Research Manager in verifying costing and expenses of each project
- Assist in administrative works within Havas Barefoot
- Assist in new Business development when necessary
- Assist in project management within Havas Barefoot
- Assist Research Manager in questionnaire translation and other materials
- Provide simultaneous translation (if needed/available) for Research Manager
- Prepare tablet (CAPI) or set-up tablets before interviewer training
- Assist Research Manager when doing sampling
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in sociology, research or any other related fields
- At least 2 years of experiences in managing field research
- Good knowledge in using computer (MS word, excel) and some tools such as SPSS
- Fluency in English
- Willing to travel to provinces
- Willing to learn
- Willing to work overtime or during weekends, if a project requires
- Flexibility (can multi-task and manage time wisely)
- Integrity (upholds values needed for professional and ethical research)
