Location: Chetr Borey and Snuol district
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research on best practices on Rubber and Cashew silviculture and harvesting,
- Managing the tapping operations and cashew harvesting,
- Ensuring proper record keeping of all activity operations.
- Daily reporting on tapping production, cashew harvesting and attendance,
- Arranging, distributing and managing all rubber related silviculture and latex harvesting operations to Field Supervisors;
- Keep records of daily activities and quantities of consumables utilized in operations,
- Ensuring that all procedures and activities being done under Cambodian legislation, whilst being sensitive to environmental and social impacts; and
- Keeping track of worker’s attendance including preparing and submitting attendance lists to the Plantation Manager,
- Remain up to date with the developments in your field of work,
- Other tasks as delegated by Plantation Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Faculty.
- At lease 2 – 3 years of experiences in rubber and cashew plantation.
- Be good at speaking English and writing report both Khmer and English.
- Good communication with working team.
- Ability to use computer office program including Internet and E-mail.
- Know how to prepare program of weekly plan, monthly plan, and action plan.
- Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
- Able to work both in a team work and independently
- Willing to contribute and help in improving the work place
- Willing to start working early morning (start from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM)

Mechanic
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Storage and maintains tools in a proper way.
- Take care of maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, heavy machinery, systems, and automotive vehicles.
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
- Provide maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certification from a vocational training institution is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
- Strong ability to work flexible hours
