As the Farm Manager Assistant, you will directly support the Farm Manager in executing, supervising, and documenting the plantation’s daily operations at the farm. This role requires a hands- on professional who can help oversee multiple crop sectors, maintain water resource infrastructures, apply technical agricultural approaches, leading field teams and manage documentation. It is an ideal fast-track management role for a top-performing fresh graduate.

- Assist the Farm Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily farm operations.
- Conduct regular field inspections to assess crop health, growth stages, and overall farm performance, reporting any issues or risks to the Farm Manager.
- Assist in supervising farm workers and field teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
- Monitor and maintain the farm's water infrastructure, including wells, ponds, pumps, and irrigation systems.
- Assist in annual water resource planning to secure adequate water supplies during the dry season.
- Monitor and maintain farm buildings, infrastructure, and operational facilities in good condition.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of records required for international organic certification.
- Monitor inventory levels of farm inputs, tools, equipment, and materials, reporting shortages when necessary.
- Accurately record farm expenses, daily activities, production data, and harvest records.
- Carry out additional duties and special projects assigned by the Farm Manager.
- Act as the farm manager to full operational responsibility for all crop production, team supervision, and farm safety when the Farm Manager is away on business trips

- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or a related field
- Graduation Status: Fresh graduate is preferred
- Leadership: Proven leadership potential through university student clubs, group projects, or internship roles.
- Language: Fluent in Khmer; Intermediate to Advanced English to coordinate with international managements
- Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point)
