Position Summary: BRICo Factory Manager is in charge to look over the factory’s finances; execute system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize; factory managers are in charge of interviewing, screening and hiring new workers and employees; to ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers; also take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory or plant may it be good or bad; lastly, factory managers ensures good relationships among the workers and that there are equal treatment applied to them.

Duties
Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
Full responsible on the stock and inventories movements
Ensure all departments are sticky follow the food & safety regulation.
Leading the internal audit team together provide the plan schedule of audit internally.
Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery.
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
Allocate resources effectively.
Prepare budgets using various forecasting models.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.
Communicate with employees about performance expectations.
Give useful feedback to employees.
Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis.
Ensure smooth daily operations.
Adhere to company's rules and regulations.
Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
3 years of experience with various aspects of business such as food & safety, production, HR, marketing, supply, and demand management and other
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proactive problem solver
Good diagnostic and decision-making skills with desire to remain updated with new agricultural trends and technology.
Proven ability to effectively communicate – verbal and written skills.

Duties
Develop and implement strategies, program, budget, policies, and procedures for the management of QA department according to company goals and objectives.
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance system
Interpret and implement quality standards with concerned departments to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the quality system implementation;
Lead QC division and work closely with concerned departments to establish validated processes and procedures, specifications, other documents as required by regulations and standards.
Establish and maintain quality documentation system
Plan and implement programs for process control, internal audit, supplier quality assurance, and other programs as required
Work closely with Sales department to handle feedbacks, complaints, product recall and other customer-related issues.
Coordinate and support audit and inspection conducted by external providers.
Work closely with Plant and concerned departments to investigate root causes and to verify the effectiveness of improvement actions.
Analyze and review findings, deviations, data and information for continual improvement.
Collaborate with Finance department for budgeting, controlling use of budget plan, transactions, reducing cost, and optimizing use of assets;
Increase employees effectiveness by collaborating with HR for recuitment, orientation; training, coaching, counselling and disciplining and appraising job results;
Work with HR to identify training needs for upgrading the capabilities of her staff and herself, and to implement training programs,
Monitor the performance of his department, conduct trend analysis and initiate improvement actions
Make report monthly and as required, about action plan, achievements and opportunities for improving the business of the Company.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
At least hold bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related background
Good command in English
Have previous experience with food industry that implenting BRC would be a plus.
Have had an in-depth training with HACCP would be a plus.
Proficiency with all MS office suite program, Microsoft Teams
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good personality and strong commitment
Good communication and able to work under pressure
