Tunsai is looking for an experienced and people-oriented Factory Manager to lead our factory in Kampong Chhnang.
This role goes beyond managing daily production. We want someone who can help us transform our factory into a professional, efficient and welcoming workplace— while keeping the strong sense of family and belonging that has always been part of Tunsai.
Over time, our factory will also become a place where customers and visitors can learn about Tunsai products, experience ceramic making, and discover the pottery heritage of Kampong Chhnang.

- Lead daily factory operations and production planning.
- Ensure production targets, product quality and safety standards are achieved.
- Strengthening SOPs, production controls and factory KPIs.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, maintenance and factory organization.
- Build stronger systems and accountability across factory operations.
- Lead, coach and develop factory supervisors and employees.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities.
- Build a professional culture based on accountability, teamwork and respect.
- Work closely with HR and other departments on workforce planning and development.
- Maintain Tunsai Factory as a workplace where employees feel proud and valued.
- Support development and testing of new products and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products and production processes.
- Help develop the factory visitor experience.
- Support hands-on ceramic activities where customers can experience making their own ceramic products.
- Help connect Tunsai's modern products with Kampong Chhnang's pottery and ceramic heritage.
- English - Medium
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience in manufacturing, engineering, production or factory management.
- Good understanding of quality control and manufacturing systems.
- Practical, hands-on and comfortable working on the factory floor.
- Experience in ceramics, pottery or water technologies is an advantage but not essential.
- Proven experience managing and developing people.
- Able to introduce structure and discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Curious about product development and new technologies.
- Comfortable engagement with customers and visitors.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mature, trustworthy and able to take ownership.
