The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the school campus remains a safe, clean, and highly functional environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role combines hands-on technical work with administrative oversight and requires strong leadership to manage maintenance operations and campus improvement projects.

- Maintenance & Operations
- Oversee the daily maintenance of all school buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
- Implement and supervise a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of school assets.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and major construction projects.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and schedule custodial and maintenance staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage workflow through a digital ticketing or work-order system.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the facility complies with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Lead the school’s Safety Committee and coordinate emergency drills.
- Maintain updated records of inspections, permits, and hazardous material logs.
- Transportation Management
- Assign drivers to daily routes, athletic events, and field trips.
- Ensure all school vehicles undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain records of driver certifications and required vehicle inspections.
- Budget & Procurement
- Monitor the facilities budget and support long-term capital improvement planning.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and repair materials.
- Review and negotiate service contracts for external vendors.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Facilities maintenance experience, including supervisory experience for 3 to 5 years
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or an Associate’s degree in Facilities Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with teachers, parents, staff, and students.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfort using building management software and email systems.
Security Officer

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (1 day off per week).
The weekly day off and public holidays are subject to the Team Leader’s arrangement.
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Dedicated and vigilant Security Officer responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, visitors, and campus facilities. This role supports the day-to-day safety and operations of the school through proactive monitoring, traffic management, emergency response, and strong communication while upholding the values and community standards of AUPP Liger Leadership Academy.
- Participate in daily meetings before starting work.
- Prepare daily reports for the Security Team Leader.
- Provide a warm welcome to guests, office tenants, staff, and management.
- Offer directions and assistance to guests, office tenants, staff, and management.
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing goods in accordance with building regulations.
- Inspect all vehicles and workers' bags upon entry and exit from the building.
- Ensure the security and safety of the assigned post at all times.
- Assist during emergencies, including fire alarms, and perform duties as a firefighter.
- Ensure the safety of vehicles and pedestrians passing through.
- Prevent unauthorized vehicles from parking or entering the building premises.
- Report technical issues to the Team Leader.
- Provide hourly reports on the status of the assigned post to the Team Leader.
- Report complaints, feedback, and requests to the Team Leader.
- Stop staff, workers, or delivery personnel from entering the building without management permission.
- Report all suspicious activities to the Team Leader.
- Manage traffic flow in and around the building premises.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked correctly in designated spots.
- Use clear and correct traffic signals (whistles, traffic batons, and hand gestures) for drivers.
- Ensure traffic around the building is not disrupted or congested.
- Collaborate with the team to set up traffic cones to prevent vehicle accidents.
- Prioritize safety at all times.
- Care for plants and collaborate with the gardening team.
- Maintain cleanliness at the assigned post at all times.
- Follow the work schedule set by management.
- Attend all training sessions assigned by management.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- At least of experience in security for 1 year
- High attention to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand for long periods and conduct patrols.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests, office tenants, staff, and management.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Honesty, diligence, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work overtime and maintain flexibility in scheduling as organized by the Team Leader.
