LN Hotel & Residence seeks F&B Supervisor who 2+ years of experience in hotel management or operations, with a proven track record of driving excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations in restaurants, bars, and banquet areas.
- Train new employees and conduct ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
- Ensure all service standards and hotel policies are followed consistently.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and overall work discipline.
- Provide excellent guest service and handle guest requests, complaints, or issues professionally.
- Assist in preparing duty schedules, shift assignments, and attendance records.
- Support and guide service staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Check food and beverage quality before serving to guests.
- Support the organization of special events, promotions, and banquet functions.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma in or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Soft Skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
