Duties & Responsibilities:
- Uphold Song Saa’s beliefs and Brand DNA at all times.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained for all F&B outlets.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with best practices to prevent contamination or illness.
- Ensure consistent high-quality food and beverage service across all outlets.
- Oversee restaurant and bar operations when required, including all aspects of service and presentation.
- Work across all bars and restaurants as per operational requirements.
- Assist with staff development and on-the-job training to maintain service standards.
- Ensure the proper handling, care, and maintenance of all bar and restaurant equipment to prevent damage and minimise loss.
- Oversee rotation and proper storage of perishables, minimising waste through labeling and cleanliness.
- Support profitability goals by operating efficiently and minimising resource waste.
- Other tasks as assigned by F&B Manager.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Previous experience in F&B operations preferred; training will be provided.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts and multiple outlets.
- High standards of personal hygiene and food safety.
- Team player with leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
