External Relations Officer
Reporting to: External Relations Coordinator

- Partnership Building
- Create, maintain and expand a sustainable relationship with companies, institutions, and organizations through face-to-face meetings, participating in external events, organizing guest’s visits at center, etc.
- Prospect the Cambodia market in order to identify potential new partners,
- Support the local fundraising projects.
- Company visit:
- Establish plan/schedule/target companies for study visits
- Request/organize study visit for students
- Lead study visits at company/organization
- Facilitate the debriefing sessions with students after the study visits
- Internship placement
- Place students for four-month full-time internship
- Manage internship follow-up with students and companies
- Coordinate the internship tutorship program
- Conduct the impact survey with companies
- Job placement
- Support and facilitate the placement of students for full-time job
- Collect information on employment follow-up with students and report on results of job placement,
- ICT Market Study
- Work closely with the ER Coordinator to perform regular market surveys and specific studies on IT and the job market (once in every two years).
- Collect the data, create questionnaires, facilitate interviews,
- Perform data analysis and write comprehensive reports including relevant recommendations.
- Formalize and share the understanding of companies needs and the vision of the market with the staff in order to adapt the training to the needs of the market,
- PNCAA and Relation with Alumni
- Act as a proactive interface with the PNC Alumni Network and manage the Solidarity Act project.
- Others
- Take part in external relations plan and initiatives,
- Participate in yearly/monthly planning input,
- Participate in weekly team meeting,
- Participate in weekly supervision meeting with External Relation Coordinator,
- Participate in Knowledge management (update our drives and tools),
- Organize, maintain and manage contact lists using Sales Force,
- Participate in PNC social mission, student selection, and virtual company,
- Support project teams and other tasks assigned by the Coordinator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales and Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 2 year of experience in Public Relations, Sales and Marketing, Communication.
- Good at English writing skills
- Good at interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eager to learn, to adapt to new situations and take up challenges.
- Willingness to work in NGO environment/sensibility to social development problematic.
- Able to self-train quickly to General IT Knowledge and IT situation in Cambodia.
- Rigorous, well organized, autonomous and proactive.
- Able to adapt to different environments and different cultures .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop, and another Adobe Creative Suite is a good asset, but it is not a main requirement.
- Dedicated and Committed to the tasks given.
- Willing to work in a multicultural team setting (Khmer, French).
