**Working Hour – Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm
- To handle prepare shipping documents export/import shipment (CONSOL, LCL, FCL, Air…) custom clearance process
- Issue HBL, Draft MBL… Etc.
- Respond, follow up and update emails with agents, shipping line, airlines, trucking and customers
- Follow up tracking cargo status and timely update to all concern parties
- Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents
- Update document in timely manner and closed filed and scanned via e-file
- Be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur
- Ensure credit facility before release Bill of Lading
- Strong follow SOP requirement
- To comply with any other new assignment and duties as assigned by supervisor/management
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or experienced in Freight Forwarder industry at least 1-2 years
- Good knowledge at computer literacy & Email
- Fluent in Spoken & Written in English, Chinese is an advantage
- Passion to Drive Closure & High-Level Customer Service Orientation
- Good team player and interpersonal skill
- Must have exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong sense of self-discipline, punctual, responsibility, commitment, good attitude, able to work under pressure

- Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and managing accounts receivable, including sending invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Accurately inputting financial data into accounting systems and databases
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and prepare aging reports.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain payment records.
- Monitoring of Container deposits & prepare receivables aging report
- Support monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer service) for financial documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
