Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers & follow with customers for cargo bookings.
- Booking with Carriers/ Airline for Shipping Schedules, equipment & space.
- Issuing Bill of Lading (B/L) to customers
- Issuing Invoice to customers
- Submit Shipping Instruction (SI) to Carriers / Airlines
- Maintain Shipment Files and Customers data
- Any other tasks delegated by Managers.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Work History:
- Experience in shipping/ Logistic Company for 1 year is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good command in English Speaking & Writing.
- Good at Computer Literature (Ms. Office, Word Excel, Internet, & E-mail)
- Be Able to use or command Carriers’ E-System to submit Bookings and SI to Carriers.
Soft Skills
- Hard-working & high responsibility.
- Willing to learn, Flexible and friendly person.
