Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent

Position Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent with exceptional market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in property sales to join our prestigious Phnom Penh office.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Represent Knight Frank in the marketing and sale of residential properties.
  • Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and professionalism.
  • Source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive lead generation.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close transactions in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with Knight Frank’s global network to attract overseas buyers and investors.
  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
  • Deliver exceptional client service in line with Knight Frank’s international reputation.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the Phnom Penh or Cambodian market.
  • Strong knowledge of local property market dynamics, legal frameworks, and investment trends.
  • Established network of local and international clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Khmer language skills highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and alignment with Knight Frank’s brand values.
