The position reports directly to the CEO.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The role will help ensure that executive workflows, senior management coordination, confidential correspondence, document control, and priority initiatives are clearly organized and completed.
- The EOM will track tasks, commitments, deadlines, decisions, priorities, meeting outcomes and management priorities, coordinate with senior staff, and prepare clear summaries and materials.

Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- The position requires sound judgment, discretion, strong written communication in English and Khmer, excellent organization, and consistent execution.
- Prior conservation experience is not required, but a strong commitment to the organization’s mission is essential.
Soft Skills
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, precise, comfortable following up with senior colleagues, and able to turn complex information into clear written summaries.
