Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the board of directors to plan and execute business plan which including, but not limited to budget plan, forecast, internal policies, and staff development.
- Work closely with government’s agencies and regulators to ensure fund’s operation is compliant.
- Plan and manage the fund’s portfolios to maximize returns.
- Develop and implement fund ’s revenue streams including short term debt financing and other forms of financing.
- Manage operation team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned, and provide the board with timely and accurate reports.
- University degree in finance, business administration or relevant majors.
- Young and dynamics, with few years of work experiences in any areas of investment fund, bank, or other financial institution.
- Experiences in managing debt financing and client relationships is a plus.
- Passion in real estate business and agri-business.
- Willingness to learn new things, explore new business opportunities, and long-term career growth.
- Willingness to travel and work with new faces and different project locations.
- Pleasant, outgoing, proactive.
