Executive Housekeeper

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, restaurants, suites, and all public spaces and Fitness One.
- Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
- Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
- Daily supervision of the grounds keeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
- Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Conduct pre-event inspections of all rooms, concourses, Fitness One, seating areas and public areas prior gate opening for every event held at the hotel.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum 6 years of housekeeping experience with 3 years at the management level.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
- A team player and a builder.
- Flexible and can adapt the team with the workload.
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
