The Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) is an international organization in 125 countries. The Cambodia YMCA has been registered and operating in Cambodia since 1999 as a local organization. It is a non-government, non-profit community-based organization focusing on children, youth and old people to help them improve their mind, body, and spirit.
The YMCA Cambodia has success established 5 core programmes; (1) To support Street Children, (2) Siem Reap Child Care, (3) YMCA Kindergarten and Primary School, (4) Alternative Tourism, (5) To support Old People. YMCA Childcare and School and Alternative Tourism are Social Enterprises. The programs are trying to generate incomes for self-sustainability. Now, the YMCA is looking for a qualified staff to fulfill the position as below.

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and guidance to the YMCA’s staff;
Represents the YMCA in the community, within the sector and at government and political levels
Represents the organization in fulfilling its national and international YMCA obligations
Responsible and accountable for the general policy and day-to-day management of the YMCA and for the promotion of various program activities and interests of the entire movement
Ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of the organization’s Strategic and Business Plans
Strategic direction and general management of the affairs as stipulated
Develops and maintains strategic networks and partnerships with relevant organizations, to improve the YMCA's sponsorship and business opportunities.
Ensures the YMCA has a positive customer service culture and that this is maintained in all activities of the organization.
Through internal and external communication structures, ensures the organization’s culture and values are nurtured
Provides timely and accurate reporting and support to the Board and its committees
Supports and advises the Board in its role in setting strategic direction and in carrying out its legal and chartered responsibilities.
Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the framework of the strategic plan.
Identifies and cultivate new potential donors.
Perform other duties assigned by Board of Directors.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
BA of Business and Administration or Education
At least two years’ experience in Team leading, Program Management
Skills and Requirement
