EV Business Manager (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic plan of the EV Business.
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the EV business unit.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and customer needs.
- Align EV product portfolio with market demands and sustainability goals.
- Business Development
- Establish and manage partnerships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), battery suppliers, charging infrastructure providers, and government stakeholders.
- Explore and evaluate new revenue streams including leasing models, charging-as-a-service, or fleet electrification projects.
- Financial Oversight
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies for EV products and services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, margins, and customer acquisition costs.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product launches.
- Support the branch sales team with tools, training, and strategies to meet EV sales targets.
- Operation and Production
- Set up and oversee EV manufacturing, supply chain, and infrastructure.
- Ensure manufacturing operations meet delivery targets, cost objectives, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Monitor the supply chain and assembly teams to ensure timely production and delivery of EV components.
- Optimize the logistics and inventory processes related to EV products.
- EV Deployment & Infrastructure
- Manage deployment of EV fleets or charging infrastructure across multiple sites or cities.
- Ensure efficient rollout and uptime of EVs or related infrastructure (e.g., chargers, batteries, software systems).
- Ensure optimal asset utilization and lifecycle management.
- Develop processes for monitoring system health, service quality, and issue resolution.
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to relevant environmental, safety, and transportation regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies for grants, tax credits, or incentives related to EVs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in automotive, energy, or tech sectors, with a minimum of 2 years in EV or clean mobility space.
- Proven track record in business development, operations, or strategy roles.
- Deep understanding of the EV ecosystem (batteries, charging, grid, OEMs).
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Familiarity with EV-related software platforms (e.g., telematics, fleet management systems)
Digital Banking Development Intern (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Assist to conduct survey and desk research on competitor’s products and services.
- Assist to conduct the UAT on digital products/services.
- Call to Interview merchant after registering by branches.
- Review iPay registration information submitted by iPay users.
- Review Digital Saving account opening through iPay users.
- Daily operational support such as on iPay issue, Merchant issue, KHQR Code printing issue, ATM issue, …, etc.
- Verify all the ATM Card application form submitted by branches.
- Package PIN mailer and delivery to branches.
- Follow up branch to make sure that the card and PIN mailer have been received.
- Responsible on departmental admin tasks such as stock control, filing document, …, etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, Economics or related fields or fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree candidates.
- Knowledge in digital products/services.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good computer literacy (MS. Office).
- Be able to write and speak English.

Software Development Intern (ASP.NET Core “C#”) (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Learn and try to understand in-house system development, configuration, and functionality.
- Attend the training needed or assigned by managements and help to support end-user.
- Test new system release (participating in quality control team).
- Participant with software development team to produce development/reports to appropriate management personnel.
- Join development and in-house system support with team.
- Knowledge of mobile applications development.
- System back-up/maintenance; and other tasks assigned by management.
- At least year 3-student in Information Technology/Computer Science.
- Have knowledge of ASP.NET Core (C#) or Java Spring Boot or Flutter, Oracle database is an advantage.
- Preferably with students who willing to learn and work.
- Have strong teamwork, good communication, motivating, problem solving.
- Ability to work under pressure.
