Purpose
The ESG Officer will be responsible for the support of implementing ESG Operational Plan and monthly calendar. The role includes making monthly ESG report based on the template provided based on company standards.
Social Initiative

- Environmental Support
- Assist in tracking and reporting environmental metrics (e.g., fuel consumption, waste management, water usage).
- Support initiatives related to reducing single-use plastics and improving recycling onboard.
- Social Responsibility
- Assist in organizing community engagement activities.
- Help collect feedback from crew on social impact programs.
- Governance & Compliance
- Assist in compiling documentation for ESG audits and certifications.
- Help monitor compliance based on SOP.
- Support internal reporting and data collection for ESG dashboards.
- Produce monthly ESG report based on the template provided.
- Research & Analysis
- Conduct benchmarking studies on ESG practices in the cruise industry of the Mekong River.
- Analyze sustainability trends and propose ideas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing summaries and presentations for internal ESG meetings.
- Take minutes of ESG meetings and send to all meeting members.
- Communication & Engagement
- Help draft ESG-related content for internal social media such as Viva Engage.
- Assist in engagement efforts, including surveys and feedback sessions with all staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in / Associate in social studies/education/communication or related field
- Minimum 6 months/1 year of experience in CSR/ESG or community work
- Skills in organization, data management, and digital support.
- Intermediate (B1/B2) English proficiency.

Purpose
A dedicated Accounting Intern is to provide support to our accounting team in their daily workflow. This role focuses on assisting with document filing, invoice collection, and supporting the team in various accounting processes. Throughout the internship, the candidate will gain practical experience and a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, including monthly closing procedures and report preparation.

- Support the accounting team in day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
- Assist in filing and organizing accounting documents, both physical and digital.
- Handle collection, sorting, and verification of invoices and supporting documents.
- Help update accounting records such as vouchers, receipts, and payment files.
- Assist in preparing basic schedules or data needed for month-end closing.
- Coordinate with internal departments when collecting required documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation flow and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the accounting team.
- Undergraduate Degree in or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with the team.

Reports to Sous Chef
Purpose:
To prepare meals during the three main meals and sometimes for mid-afternoon snacks. The purpose of this position is to provide kitchen service that meets the demands of our guests. Work procedures are based on a master book that provides established recipes, processes, and presentation methods.

- Follow the rules and procedures outlined in the Food Master Book.
- Provide food services: breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests, onboard and during full-day excursions.
- Prepare cooking classes based on national dishes, twice a week.
- Plan special menus requested by guests due to dietary restrictions.
- Request ingredient requirements.
- Supervise the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and deep cleaning of the kitchen, tableware, utensils, workstations, and floor.
- Supervise the cleanliness of the storage area.
- Responsible for orienting new cooks.
- Supervise the entry of all products onto the ship, according to passenger requirements and quality standards.
- Interact with guests regarding onboard meal preparation.
- Maintain close coordination and communication with the entire team.
- Assist in the provisioning process.
- Follow instructions provided by the Cruise Director.
- Participate in guest welcome and farewell activities is mandatory.
- Experience in cooking in the 4/5- star hotel or river cruise for 3 to 5 years
- Degree in Culinary Arts.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage, and Good Manufacturing Practices/Food Handling.
