Entrepreneurship Program Officer
Report to : Operations Manager
Contract Duration: 12-month term, including a 3-month probation period, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluation.
Job Summary:
The Entrepreneurship Program Officer is responsible for designing and implementing training and mentorship programs to support young agricultural entrepreneurs in Cambodia. This includes developing educational content, managing incubation activities, coordinating mentorship, and building partnerships with local stakeholders and institutions. The role requires strong project management, communication, and technical skills to ensure effective program delivery and measurable impact.
- Design and manage entrepreneurship education and training programs
- Operate and monitor Pre-Incubation and Advanced Incubation programs
- Coordinate mentoring activities, including mentor recruitment and matching
- Collaborate with partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders
- Support the operational use of training and production facilities
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and training outcomes
- Collect and analyze program-related data and prepare regular reports
- Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to participants and partners
- Assist with program planning, budgeting, and implementation at various stages
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager and leadership team
- More than 5 years of experience in implementing and managing relevant projects or business within NGOs or related sectors
- Experience in managing entrepreneurship or agribusiness programs preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in agriculture business, entrepreneurship, marketing education, business, rural development or a related field.
- Skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of donor regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong team-building, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Commitment and passion for working with youth and marginalized communities.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
