Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Specialist
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Develop entrepreneurship ecosystem strategy and roadmap and assist with annual budget planning.
- Design programs and conduct partner orientation with relevant teams.
- Designing marketing strategies to attract SMEs, startups, venture capitalists, mentors, talents, incubators/accelerators, and other ecosystem builders.
- Evaluating and negotiating program proposals related to the entrepreneurship ecosystem and making funding recommendations.
- Creating a supportive platform for entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and overcome challenges.
- Initiating networking programs for startups and SMEs to access market information.
- Understanding support mechanisms for startups, SMEs, large enterprises, venture capitalists, angel investors, and inter-governmental entities.
- Increasing KE public exposure through collaboration, co-branding, and partnership to connect SMEs with potential partners.
- Organizing and coordinating all programs, including agenda proposals, stakeholder invitations, and event management.
- Conducting entrepreneurship ecosystem analysis and initiating local and international partnerships.
- Monitoring funding program progress to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Leading the preparation of program implementation reports and consolidating success stories.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field.
- Proven work experience or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, basic analytical and critical thinking, and research skills.
- Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship, business, and investment concepts is advantageous.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Establishing the results-based M&E systems
- Developing/Reviewing M&E tools (Result Framework and Indicator Tracking Table) for monitoring progress of projects
- Supporting in training to project team and implementation partners in using M&E tools and relevant M&E systems
- Consolidating monthly data collection tools for internal and external
- Supporting in development questionnaires related to implementation projects
- Conducting research, cleaning/cross-checking for accuracy of data quality
- Training/Coaching enumerators/staff on general project start up and M&E tools, data processing and databases
- Supporting in compiling assessment data analysis and report writing
- Supporting in maintaining databases
- Maintaining and storing safety databases, assessment, M&E tools and systems
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Graduate Degree in international development or other relevant social science
- Experience in data collection, Advanced Excel, Statistical packages, KoBoToolbox for database management and analysis, program management and budget planning is a plus
- High attention to detail, basic analytical & critical thinking skills and research skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently, strong self-motivation
- Willingness to regularly travel to the rural areas.

Program Developer
Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probationary period of 3 months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.
- Develop new features and tools required by supervisor
- Knowledge of API
- Understand Agile methodology
- Provide occasionally IT support to the team during individual and team events (online meetings)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other equal degrees.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in programming skill
- Candidates are expected to have worked with some of following technologies and
- Be hands-on with minimal supervision.
- Learn new technology rapidly
- Backend Stack: NodeJS, Javascript, JAVA
- Mobile Development: Android, iOS
- Frontend Stack: Angular, Bootstrap CSS, HTML
- Data Storage: JSON, XML, MySQL, NoSQL
- Written and spoken in English and Khmer

Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Assist in coordinating program activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various programs.
- Communicate with program participants and stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about programs.
- Support social media and marketing efforts to promote programs.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for program-related activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in program management or a related field is preferred.
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
