We are seeking a highly committed and driven Full-Time English Teacher who is passionate about quality education and willing to go beyond traditional classroom teaching.
This role is for someone who takes initiative, is fully involved in the educational and personal development of the children, and is not afraid of responsibility, challenge, or constructive conflict when it is in the best interest of the students. We are looking for a teacher who leads by example, firm but fair, creative, and emotionally aware … definitely not someone who stands on the sidelines.
Experience or strong interest in child psychology, behavior management, or trauma-informed education is a strong advantage.
This role is ideal for someone who believes education is a long-term commitment, leads with integrity, structure, and empathy. Someone who wants to make a real, visible difference in children’s lives, is hands-on, present, and emotionally engaged.
- Deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the organization’s curriculum
- Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Create a disciplined, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Actively monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support both academic and personal development of students
- Be actively involved outside the classroom, contributing to the overall educational environment
- Handle challenging behavior with consistency, emotional intelligence, and clear boundaries
- Take initiative in identifying learning gaps and proposing solutions
- Participate fully in organizational activities, meetings, and projects
- Maintain accurate student records, evaluations, and reports
- Work closely with other teachers and management as part of a committed team
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience teaching English to children or young learners (strong advantage).
- Background or strong interest in psychology, child development, or behavior management is highly valued.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and common sense.
- Comfortable addressing challenges and managing difficult situations constructively.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with children from diverse and sometimes challenging backgrounds.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
