English–Khmer Translator

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Translate legal, administrative, and visa-related documents from English to Khmer and vice versa.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper terminology in all translations.
  • Proofread and review documents for grammar, spelling, and meaning clarity.
  • Work closely with visa consultants and legal teams to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Assist clients with document preparation and submission for visa applications.
  • Maintain a confidential and organized database of translated materials.
  • Provide verbal interpretation services during meetings or consultations, if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional translation experience, preferably in legal or visa documentation.
  • A good command of English Proficiency.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with immigration, visa, or legal documentation is an advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents
 
 

HR Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses).
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events and other HR initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a relevant administrative role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • A good command of English Proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Database Specialist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain the company’s database systems to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all databases, including managing user access and implementing backup procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any database-related issues, providing timely support to all teams.
  • Develop and manage data models, procedures, and reports to support business operations.
  • Work closely with management and consulting teams to understand their data requirements.
  • Maintain a confidential and organized database of all materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-year experiences as a Database Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and query languages is preferred.

Graphic Designer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and edit photos and videos for various platforms.
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, lightroom, Capcut, Premier pro, etc.
  • A good command of English Proficiency.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
