English Instructional Coach (3 Positions)
You will be responsible for coaching early-career English teachers in their respective workplaces. You will help them bring what they learned in the weekend workshops to their classrooms. You will observe their teaching activities, support them, and help them where they feel uncertain.

- Conduct classroom visits to support teachers in classroom management and instructional strategies
- Observe teachers and provide meaningful feedback
- Identify growth areas for teachers
- Work with teachers on effective lesson plans
- Conduct model lessons when needed
- Track the progress of teachers
- You occasionally run workshops and educational seminars
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- A higher education degree (BA or MA in TESOL) and a few years of experience as an English Teacher
- Willing to travel frequently to visit teachers in remote areas of Siem Reap Province
