Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance electricians. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure each team member adheres to safety procedures.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner and according to standards.
- Oversee repairs of production machinery and equipment, such as boilers, turbines, presses, separators, and wastewater treatment systems. Identify electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials. Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable occupational safety standards and environmental regulations. Develop and implement safe work procedures.

Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in electric or related field.
Work History:
- Experiences as an electrician supervisor in the palm oil industry or similar manufacturing industry or other relate to this job for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Understanding electrical systems.
- Understand the basics of electricity and control.
- Experience with palm oil mill equipment (boilers, turbines, presses, etc.).
- Able to read and understand electrical diagrams (engineering drawings)
- Computer Skilled (Microsoft Office, Internet & Email, SAP)
Soft Skills
- Good communication skilled,
- Strong commitment with positive attitude
- Patient, honest, trustworthy, team work and be able to stay and work in rural area
