Electrical Engineering Manager (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Planning and develop engineering/maintenance work to support and make a better reliability and efficiency to Mill processing/utility, also support plant project work such as plant debottleneck or expansion work
- Planning and develop plant’s maintenance work, in order to make a better reliability and efficiency to Mill processing.
- Cooperate with operation manager to optimize plant operation by means of each engineering discipline such as mechanical, electrical and Instrument engineering and adopt a proper new technology to improved Mill processing.
- Cooperate with key vendor or contractor to select a suitable new technology, in order to applied to improve plant efficiency also selected reliable outsource company to conduct a specific & specialized work.
- Developed Plant Safety, Health and environmental standard by means of new technic, equipment, tool and technology.
- Organize suitable technical training of Mill processing, Control and instrument, Mechanical, electrical, environment and safety technology to power plant staff.
- Monitoring, Manage and Reporting Plant Preventive and corrective maintenance activities, also find out root cause and preventive action of breakdown maintenance and report by daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Cooperate with purchasing, financial and operation department to assure the maintenance work can be achieved on target.
- Coordinate with store department for Spare parts management especially for critical parts
- Control usage of consumable expense overhead and utilities cost.
- Manage CAPEX and control time line in target.
- Mange team discipline refer company rules and regulations, give wringing an termination if someone break the rules etc.
- Coordinate with others department and support engineering information as per request Support plant breakdown and critical situation in an extra working is require as necessary
- Make sure subordinate follow the SOP and complete document and SAP PM system
- Responsible to other works which assigned from Manufacturing Director.
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years experiences in Manufacturing production such as Palm oil/Sugar/Crushing Mill factory is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and team work.
- Good command in English, if communicate in Khmer is an advantage
- Computer Skill such as MS office AutoCAD or other design software and familiar with ERP system such as SAP but not mandatory.
- Strong in interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Strong leadership and proactive work behavior.
Electrical Management Trainee (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Learning production process in order of technology, management, monitoring, process planning of CPO, PKN, power plant, water plant, laboratory, material supply, inventory control and related process of processing in both quantitative and Qualitative of work.
- Support ground work of electric systems and production processes.
- Rotation working and responsibility base on assignment and working conditions.
- Understanding company business and key success factory.
- Evaluate/appraisal the subordinates in the month of October the end of the year.
- The ability to set and meet deadlines to finish the assigned jobs.
- Communicating by verbal/written communication skills while collaborating with human beings, other management, employee-workers, vendors, contractors and other professionals on a daily basis.
- Take care, monitor and update the implementation of approval within SAP system properly.
- Budgeting, cost estimating, develop, analyze and derive the action plan including the timeline if the company have contractors for improvement of the project.
- Conduct the internal training course to improve the employee-workers.
- Communicate with HR and Admin. to set up annual internal and external training courses to improve the subordinates’ knowledges.
- Learn and develop people management skill.
- Ability to solve the happening problems within the workplaces.
- Check the daily report from subordinates.
- Arrang the meeting as needed.
- Prepare monthly report for director to have MOM as needed.

- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Electric Engineering or another related field
