CWISE is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Electrical Engineer to support both project studies and implementation activities. The role involves close coordination with the technical teams of partner organizations, contributing to electrical system design and cost estimation, and preparing high‑quality CAD drawings. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support project delivery.
Environment: Office or on site
Location: Phom Penh (Main), Province (Occasional)

Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Work History: not a concern as far as the candidate can start the work without training requirement
- Demonstrated proficiency in electrical engineering principles and CAD drafting
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation concepts is an advantage
- Willingness to continuously develop and improve relevant skills as needed
Soft Skills
- A Khmer National, fluent in Khmer language
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment
- A strong passion for and a commitment to CWISE’s team growth
- Ability and willingness to travel within Cambodia as needed
