IT Academy STEP invites an Education Manager to join its international team. The Educational Manager will be responsible for leading the Institute’s educational program initiatives, while providing students and staff with a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering educational programs, as well as demonstrated knowledge of the education industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage educational programs to ensure delivering high quality learning experiences for students, staff and faculty
- Ensure that the institute operates in accordance with standards for educational quality and safety
- Monitor, evaluate and continually improve program offerings and curriculum
- Develop and oversee the selection, management and training of instructors
- Plan groups and schedules, and oversee the delivery of the trainings
- Report on the performance of trainers and students, monitor attendance and progress
- Manage educational team and monitor performance and the quality of the educational process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure execution of organizational objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Education

- Strong organizational, management and planning skills
- Good English and native Khmer
- Strong PC user skills
