Education Counselor

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for guiding students towards study opportunities in English, French, Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean-speaking markets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Student & Parent Counseling: Advise prospective students and parents on study options, institutions, courses, entry requirements, application procedures, visas, and related matters.
  • Application & Visa Processing: Work with the admin team to process applications for school admission, visa applications, accommodation, travel arrangements, and other related services.
  • Ongoing Student Support: Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout their overseas studies.
  • Partner Liaison: Collaborate with local and international partners on relevant issues.
  • Events & Training: Attend training workshops, education exhibitions, fairs, and other relevant events.
  • Presentations: Conduct webinars, seminars, visa training sessions, and program orientations as assigned.
  • Team Leadership Opportunity: Eligible candidates may apply for the Counselor Team Leader position if qualified.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management board.

  • Knowledge or experience with education systems in Cambodia or the region, and key study destinations in English, French, Chinese, Japanese AND/OR Korean-speaking markets.

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office and data entry.
  • Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

Marketing Executive

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Marketing Executive / Officer will support the planning and execution of marketing activities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and generate qualified leads. Key responsibilities include:
  • Support the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) under the guidance of the marketing manager.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating marketing activities to ensure timely delivery and effective results.
  • Coordinate with local and international partners such as schools, universities, English centers, and student associations for marketing-related activities.
  • Support collaboration with overseas partners (Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.) in co-marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and update content across marketing channels including Facebook fanpage, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Support content distribution to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with design and other internal teams to develop marketing materials that are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare basic reports for the marketing manager.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the management board.

Accounting Officer cum Admin & Visa Support

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To support our student services and ensure smooth daily operations, we are currently seeking a dedicated Accounting cum Office Admin & Admission/Visa Support for our Cambodia office. Key responsibilities include:
  • Accounting & Financial Management: Manage daily financial transactions including cash collection, payments, expense tracking, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reporting & Payroll: Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and handle staff payroll, allowances, and related payments in coordination with Head Office.
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, equipment, and assets, and ensure a well-organized working environment.
  • Admission & Visa Support: Assist in preparing, checking, and processing student applications and visa documentation in coordination with the admin and counseling teams.
  • Documentation & Data Management: Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
  • Coordination with Head Office: Work closely with Head Office teams to ensure smooth processing of applications, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Event & Logistics Support: Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and student events, including logistics and administrative preparation.
  • Partner & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners when required for operational matters.
  • Compliance & Process Support: Ensure all financial and administrative processes follow company policies and local regulations.
