POSITION SUMMARY
The Early Years Program Coordinator plays a key role in the coordination, planning, implementation and evaluation of Cambridge Early Years programs and initiatives, working closely with the School Principal and other program’s stakeholders.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and take part in school’s Professional Development Plan for teachers;
- Training and collaborate with co-teachers (Local and Expat teachers)
- Induct new staff into the Cambridge Early Years curriculum;
- Communicate and liaise with Cambridge on teacher training matters;
- Work closely with the Leadership Team and teachers to ensure continuous improvement of the program quality
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to promote school's learning programs;
- Work closely with Academic Assistant to ensure all student assessments are conducted in line with Cambridge's requirements and standards on time;
- Plan and hold events or contests at school-wide, district-wide, province-wide or international levels that relates to Cambridge Early Years Programmes;
- Other tasks assigned be the School Principal;
- Assists to implement parent orientations and registration activities;
- Assists in the development and establishing of the school goals and objectives and the planning of the Cambridge Early Years Programme;
- Assists to provide direction to academic staff in implementing goals and objectives and interacts and meets with them for their development;
- Assists in the evaluation of the teachers and teacher assistants in Cambridge Early Years Programme to initiate needed improvements;
- Acts to upgrade own professional knowledge and skills;
- Assists to define and disseminate information about school disciplinary policies and procedures to parents, students and academic staff;
- Assists in supervising and maintaining auxiliary services and use community resources to supplement the school program;
- Promotes and maintains open communications, positive student attitudes, respects dignity, worth of academic staff and students;
- Assists in completion of records and reports and in the supervision and inventory of necessary supplies, textbooks, equipment and materials;

- Acts as one of the leaders of the school to implement an effective internal operation;
- Coordinates in preparing tasks to all staff under his/her supervision;

- Orders & follows materials based on actual demand & budget approved and concurred from School Principal;
- Considers over operating activities, based on the budget approved;
- Considers overall Academic operating work with School Principal;
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Education and Management is preferred
- Experience in teaching for 2 years as a minimum
- Experience in operation for 1 year as a minimum
- Teacher training and coaching experience preferred;
- Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, internet & email, & Ms. Project);
- Good English Proficiency;
- High level of diplomacy & confidentiality required;
- Good knowledge of school curriculum and Education environment;

Job Summary:
The Admin and HR Coordinator at Forest Hill International School is responsible for overseeing administrative functions and supporting human resource activities to ensure smooth operations within the school. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing HR processes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for staff and faculty.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily school administrative operations, including record keeping, data management, and office coordination.
- Maintain and update school records, files, and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and official functions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, rules, and regulations.
- Handle communication with parents, staff, vendors, and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and orientation programmes.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave management.

The Academic Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily class operation, communication with parents, incident and accident reports.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creates and monitor the attendance of IEYP;
- Calls to parents for student lateness and absent and school events;
- Informs to parents about student’s incident and accident;
- Monitors student’s safety and hygiene;
- Does weekly and monthly report to School Principal;
- Inducts new teacher assistants into the Early Years Programme Process;
- Works closely with the Leadership Team and teachers to ensure continuous improvement of the program quality;
