Early Childhood Montessori Supervisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Preschool classroom following Montessori principles.
- Guide and supervise the implementation of the Montessori curriculum in the Nursery and Kindergarten classrooms together with the Lead Teacher Assistants.
- Prepare and review lesson plans to ensure consistency and quality across the Early Childhood program.
- Monitor children's learning and development and communicate effectively with parents.
- Support classroom observations and provide guidance to teaching staff on Montessori best practices.
- Plan classroom projects, learning activities
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the Early Childhood program.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Fluent is required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education; Montessori Diploma or Certification is preferred
Work History:
- Relevant teaching experience for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- A Montessori background is a must.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and Early Childhood Education.
- Experience teaching Preschool and supporting Nursery and Kindergarten programs.
- Able to mentor and guide Lead Teacher Assistants in Montessori classroom practices.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about child-centred learning and holistic development.
