Position Summary

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing digital platforms, and supporting revenue growth through effective online content, promotions, and performance analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update e-commerce platforms (company website, OTAs, online marketplaces).
  • Ensure accurate product/service listings, pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth online operations.
  • Create and update online content, banners, and promotions.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
  • Monitor online sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
  • Prepare e-commerce reports and performance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and sales.
  • Manage OTA extranets (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia).
  • Update rates, availability, restrictions, and promotions in coordination with Revenue and Reservations teams.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Support online customer inquiries and booking issues.
  • Coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales for 2 to 3 years

  • Multimedia Content Producer:
  • Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling

  • Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos aligned with brand identity

  • Perform installation, servicing, and repair of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues using proper tools.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
