Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities:
- Agricultural Drone Operations
- Drone T50 Operator – Agriculture Spray & Fertilizer Spreading.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate DJI T50 drone for precision spraying of pesticides, fungicides, and foliar fertilizers.
- Operate drones for precision spraying of pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers.
- Execute granular spreading operations for fertilizers and seeds.
- Plan and optimize flight paths for uniform application and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate droplet size and application rates for maximum effectiveness
- Identify target areas for spraying based on pest, disease, and nutrient deficiency reports.
- Adjust application rates based on crop type, field conditions, and weather.
- Work closely with agronomists to determine the best spray timing and chemical compatibility.
- Agricultural aviation drones spray Chemicals and fertilizer.
- Inspect agricultural drones and clean and maintain them after completion.
- Experience in flying agricultural drones will be an advantage.
- Know the various components and operating procedures of agricultural drones.
- Be thorough and do this job well as Keep accurate records of flights, maintenance, and chemical usage.
- Able to detect technology and basic mechanical work
- Adjust droplet size, spray rates based on crops, weather, and field conditions.
- Knowledge of drone components, operations, and basic mechanical skills.
- Identify spray areas from pest/disease/nutrient reports with agronomist support.
- Plan and Execute drone flights for agricultural applications such, Spread granular fertilizers and seeds with accuracy.
- Drone Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine drone maintenance, calibration, and battery management.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure proper drone operation.
- Keep records of maintenance, chemical applications, and flight logs.
- Have Experience from 1-3 years (preferably DJI T50).)
- Knowledge of drone components, operations, and basic mechanical skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety and operational protocols.
- Note: Can work Flexible time and follow jobs as HOD assign.
