Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide reliable and safe transportation services.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure accurate trip records of vehicle use and mileage, including responsible use of the fuel card.
- Follow all legal procedures in the event of an accident.
- Check the vehicle is equipped with required items on Pre-Trip Checks.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed, including persons with disabilities.
- Carry a mobile phone with sufficient airtime for emergency communication. Drivers must not use mobile phones while driving.
- Drivers must strictly avoid alcohol consumption and refrain from smoking inside the vehicle.
- Maintain confidentiality of passenger schedules for security purposes.
- Be familiar with local routes and destinations.
- Remain nearby and available in case passengers require assistance.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy toward passengers, other drivers, and traffic authorities.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Basic
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Valid Cambodian Driving License
- Maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or moving violations
- Experience with NGO, Company, or international organization is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Phnom Penh roads, and key provincial roads
- A Khmer native speaker, and able to speak and understand basic English
