Duties
Responsibilities for 2G/3G/4G technology:
Hourly/Daily/Weekly OSS KPI monitoring report for new site/whole network after operation, including analysis of worst cell/ identified key performance issue.
AISU parameter audit and AISU adjustment support.
Basic DT log analysis and report output, including summary of coverage and experience KPI
Deep DT log analysis and report output, including event/Layer 3 signaling analysis and performance optimization solution.
Regular Engineering Parameter Update of whole network.
Neighbor cell planning and script generation for GUL.
Worst cell analysis (Alarm, Physical parameters) with Basic solution.
Data collection for performance data, configuration data, NIC data.
MR, Cell trace/ user trace by signaling, and log collection.
Perform Drive/Walk test based on schedule (route, time, and technique) and scenarios,
know how to use WNG/Probe/PHU/TEMS/NEMO, monitor/understand DT KPI, troubleshoot tool issue, cell file preparation / loading into tool, and tool script configuration.

Requirements
Cambodia Nationality, male, aged 25 - 35 years old.
Bachelor’s Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
At least 2 – 5 years of experience.
Good knowledge analysis skills.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge building and knowledge sharing.

Duties
She/He will be responsible for all account and finance activities in the company and some admin work and report to Thailand head office.
Responsible for AP/ AR/ cashflow/ cash advance/ petty cash/ etc. work with outsource accounting firm to close monthly and yearly report.
Check internal accounting document for submit to outsource accounting firm and general tax department.
Develop and optimize internal AP and AR process to make it better.
Forecasting cash flow and preparing budgets and advice project how to make positive cashflow.
Monitor tax filing and tax return procedure.
Checking and approving company payments.
Supporting auditors during year - end audits.
Requirements
Cambodia Nationality, male or female, aged 25-35 years old.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Accounting.
Experience in Telecom business is advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in an accounting and finance manager role.
Good knowledge in financial and accounting modelling and analysis skills.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.
Experience in accounting system, QuickBooks and able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge building and knowledge sharing.
Work from home 3 working days and work in office 2 days per week.
