Donor Coordinator
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Part-Time, 20 hours per week at Children's Surgical Centre (csc.org)
Salary $300 per month for PT, 20 hours per week
The candidate must be available 8am-12pm Monday-Friday due to real-time donor reporting requirements.
Overview of the Role:
The purpose of the role is to assist with donor reporting (photos, data collection, and patient interviews) for a portfolio of at least three charity organizations and/or individual donors. The post holder will also be responsible for assisting with social media content, CSC's digital presence, and cultivating local fundraising opportunities.
Reports to: Stakeholder Relations Officer and Chief of Administration
- Manage daily submissions of patient stories, photos, videos, and post-op updates (in English) as per donor reporting requirements
- Collaborate with the Stakeholder Relations Officer and other relevant staff to create pipeline of social media activities and content
- Maintain digital database of images and video
- Identify and reach out to potential Cambodian donors in order to develop relationships, increase funding, and enhance the presence of CSC in the local community
- University degree
- Good level of English and Khmer
- Problem-solving attitude
- Interest and/or background in health/disability preferred
- Should be committed to stay a minimum of one year Preferred
- Experience working with international donors and stakeholders
