Working Condition
- Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Develop and manage distributor networks to improve market coverage and sales performance
- Recruit, onboard, and evaluate distributor partners based on clear KPIs.
- Design and deliver product knowledge, sales, and system training for distributors and Depo sales teams.
- Manage discipline, attendance, and performance systems for sales teams.
- Support distributors with sales strategies, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in distribution, sales, or training (Cosmetics or FMCG industry preferred) for 3 years as a minimum
- Experience in managing DMS/CRM systems and sales productivity tools.

- Trade Program & Project Execution
- Assist in planning and rolling out trade marketing programs on key projects and new channels.
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across stakeholders.

- Support in preparing program briefs and execution guidelines for the sales team.
- In-Store Activation Management
- Coordinate installation and ensure visibility standards in stores.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Track sales performance by region, product, and salesman.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with supply chain.
- Reporting
