Distributor Development and Training Manager

Position Summary

Purpose / Mission

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Distributor Development & Training Manager to strengthen and expand our distributor network while leading effective training programs for distributors and sales teams. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth, improving market coverage, and enhancing distributor performance through structured systems and professional training.

Report To: National Sales Manager

Department: Sales / Operation

Location: Morea Head Officer and Field

Working Condition

  • Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage distributor networks to improve market coverage and sales performance
  • Recruit, onboard, and evaluate distributor partners based on clear KPIs.
  • Design and deliver product knowledge, sales, and system training for distributors and Depo sales teams.
  • Manage discipline, attendance, and performance systems for sales teams.
  • Support distributors with sales strategies, stock management, and promotional execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors to drive sustainable growth.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in distribution, sales, or training (Cosmetics or FMCG industry preferred) for 3 years as a minimum

  • Experience in managing DMS/CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own car.
Soft Skills

Associate Project Manager

Position Summary

Purpose / Mission

Support the Trade Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring trade programs and activation projects to drive sell-in and sell-out performance across channels & category. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and distributors for timely and high-quality project delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Trade Program & Project Execution
  • Assist in planning and rolling out trade marketing programs on key projects and new channels.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays early.
  • Support in preparing program briefs and execution guidelines for the sales team.
  • In-Store Activation Management
  • Coordinate installation and ensure visibility standards in stores.
  • Lead activities to drive sell out from key stores/channels.
  • Conduct post-activation checks and collect photo evidence.
  • Sales & Distributor Coordination
  • Communicate program mechanics to sales and distributor teams.
  • Support with allocation of POSM, gifts, and promotional stock.
  • Follow up with sales teams on program execution and performance.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis
  • Track KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, retailer participation, display compliance.
  • Consolidate weekly/monthly program performance reports.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Senior Sales Administrator

Position Summary

Purpose / Mission

To support the sales team through effective data management, order processing, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth sales operations and help the team achieve business targets.

Report To: National Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operation Support
  • Process daily sales orders accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide support to sales team on pricing, stock availability, and promotions.
  • Sales Data Management
  • Maintain and update customer database (retailers, wholesalers,).
  • Track sales performance by region, product, and salesman.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with supply chain.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales trends, highlight issues, and share actionable insights.
  • Prepare sell-in / sell-out reports for management.
  • Promotion & Trade Support
  • Record, track, and validate trade promotions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing promotional materials.
  • Monitor promotion performance and prepare summary reports.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, credit notes, and claim documents.
  • Ensure all sales transactions follow company policies.
  • Manage and verify claims from sales team and customers.
  • Manage DT Claim (Staff Incentive, Incentive, etc.
  • Act as communication link between sales team, finance, warehouse, and marketing.
  • Support sales meetings, prepare presentation materials, and follow up action points.
  • Participate all meeting required by company (Product, System, Promotion Briefing)
  • Support DT Sales Admin to generate reports, claim, and FOC and Stock.
