Dispatch Executive

Reporting Line: Dispatch Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize truck utilization and deliveries to ensure accurate transport costs with transporters
- Monitor transport cost, truck utilization, and service level for customers
- Create and share schedule plans and priorities with depot, warehouse, and transporters in a timely manner
- Coordinate between depot and drivers for loading priorities and delivery documents
- Coordinate with the transport team regarding Group standards
- Ensure strict adherence to group standards and procedures, avoid night driving, respect rest time and speed limits
- Ensure full compliance with all local regulations
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered within agreed service levels
- Monitor truck movements via GPS and take immediate action with transporters if plans change
- Close the stock peddling report monthly
- Support PGI (Post Goods Issue) for Jet A1 to complete end-of-month reporting
- Review and update delivery documents promptly
- Assist the Dispatch Supervisor in completing assigned tasks
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good command of the English language (oral and written)
- Understanding of the logistics chain, familiarity with SAP
Soft Skills
- Work Conditions & Availability: Willing to work outside regular working hours, nighttime shifts, holidays
- Ethics & Integrity: High regard for integrity, zero tolerance for any form of corruption or conflict of interest
