The Director of University Relations serves as the key ambassador of the University, responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with government agencies (MoEYS and MoLVT), international accreditation and professional bodies, industry, community organizations, and international university partners.
- Establish, strategise and manage the University Relations portfolio under the direction of the VC office.
- Responsible to develop, implement and enhance the university relationships with four key groups, namely, business communities, High schools, MoEYS and other Ministries, and local and overseas universities.
- Develop and coordinate with existing and potential local and overseas university, HEIs and professional bodies for cooperation, exchanges, articulations, joint recognition of programs, and enhancement of relationship.
- Work with both public and private High schools for progression pathways for high school graduates to meet our university's annual enrolment target.
- Reach out and establish working relationships with the business communities and associations in organising work placements, internships, career placement and professional talks for our students, and training for partners’ staff.
- Enhance the reputation, publicity and awareness of the university in Cambodia and internationally through accreditations and ranking.
- Develop alumni relations strategies to foster lifelong connections with graduates.
- Coordinate with other departments to disseminate and implement the deliverables generated from your University Relations office

- Manage the setup and daily operations of an academic school, covering the management of programs, lecturers, students and classroom administration.
- Provide strong leadership to the school staff and teaching faculty.
- Supervise and train the teaching faculty on EAMU’s Way of teaching, smooth conduct of classes, assessments and activities to support good academic performance

- Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Recruit students for undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs through direct and agent-based channels.
- Source prospective students through digital platforms, referrals, school/college visits, education fairs, and partnerships.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on program offerings, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and career prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and onboarding.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates and meet assigned enrollment and revenue targets.
- Education Agent Sourcing & Management
- Identify, source, evaluate, and appoint qualified education agents locally and overseas.
- Train agents on programs, admission criteria, compliance requirements, and branding guidelines.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with agents to maximize student recruitment outcomes.
- Monitor agent performance, lead quality, conversion ratios, and compliance standards. Conduct regular reviews and take corrective actions where required.
- Marketing & Outreach
- Support agents with marketing materials, webinars, information sessions, and joint recruitment events.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and international recruitment events.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure agent and student recruitment activities comply with university policies, accreditation bodies, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify application documentation and ensure ethical recruitment practices.
- Maintain transparency in commission payments and agent reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, agent submissions, conversions, and enrollments in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly, periodic reports on student recruitment, agent performance, market trends, and forecasts.
