The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the hotel’s business development strategy. This role oversees room revenue streams, drives sales performance, and ensures the effective implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, revenue forecasting, client relationship development, and coordination with internal departments to achieve commercial goals.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Working experience in the related field in a hotel with a proven track record for 7 years as a minimum
- Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, team management, market analysis, and operational skills.
- Accountable for market performance and potential performance, as well as the budgeting, forecasting, and targeting goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally if required.
