We currently operate two hotels in Cambodia (Shinta Mani Angkor in Siem Reap and Shinta Mani Wild in the South Cardamom National Forest at Tmor Rung, two hours south of Phnom Penh) and one hotel in the Kingdom of Mustang, Nepal (Shinta Mani Mustang), in addition to future openings.

Position Summary

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the hotel’s business development strategy. This role oversees room revenue streams, drives sales performance, and ensures the effective implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, revenue forecasting, client relationship development, and coordination with internal departments to achieve commercial goals.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Working experience in the related field in a hotel with a proven track record for 7 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, market analysis, and operational skills.
  • Accountable for market performance and potential performance, as well as the budgeting, forecasting, and targeting goals.
Soft Skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally if required.
