- Experience in a leadership role within the transformer manufacturing industry for 10 years as a minimum
- Proven history of success in achieving production and quality goals.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in working with transformer design and understanding of relevant engineering principles.
