Digital Project Coordinator
Directly report to: Managing Director
The Digital Project Coordinator will lead the digitalization of our organization to optimize and modernize our data collection tool and process from the water kiosks to the head quarter. The data collection is part of our DNA to monitor and improve the performance of each of our water kiosks. Additionally, to the external digitalization, a reform of our internal processes is needed to ensure efficient and cost effective administrative flow and process between the departments and the management.

- IT Assessment and Digital Transformation Framing
- Review and update the evaluation of the current IT landscape to identify strengths and weaknesses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assess the current lacks and improvement of the IT structures
- Identify gaps in current processes leading to operational inefficiencies that hinder productivity and propose actionable solutions.
- Establish the requirements for new processes or data collection.
- Coordinate the optimization of IT tools and processes
- Oversee the development and the implementation of new digital tools and processes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resources, and responsibilities for all digital transformation initiatives.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives, including timelines for implementation and milestones for progress tracking.
- Organize and lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Capacity building
- Develop and implement training programs aimed at building the digital skills and competencies of team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to adapt to new technologies.
- Actively coordinate with various departments to ensure their engagement and contributions to the digital transformation project, promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials that facilitate the integration of digital tools into daily operations, ensuring that all employees are familiar with the new systems and processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary for continuous improvement.
- Professional qualification
- Master in engineering or business (finance, management control)
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in digital transformation, management control or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of IT systems and data management processes.

Partnerships & Communication Manager
Directly report to: Managing Director
Teuk Saat 1001, a leading organization in the safe drinking water sector in Cambodia, is dedicated to enhancing community health through access to clean water. We are seeking a Partnerships and Communication Manager to improve our visibility among key stakeholders in the private, institutional and development sectors. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships to leverage financial resources and implement a long-term strategy for our Water in Schools (WinS) Program, ensuring sustainable access to safe drinking water in educational institutions across the country.

- Increase the organization’s visibility
- Lead the external communication of the organization in collaboration with the Communication Officer
- Develop an annual communication plan for Teuk Saat 1001 and our local brand,
- Define the targets and the key messages,
- Monitor the implementation of the communication plan (website, social media, leaflet and email)
- Prepare and lead 20 years’ event of the organization,
- Represent Teuk Saat 1001 in local meetings and events,
- Build strategic partnerships to support WinS
- Develop a new partnership strategy to fund the WinS locally.
- Lead the development of new partnerships and fundraising with private companies.
- Lead the promotion and ensure the visibility of the WinS towards key potential partners.
- Ensure an initial fundraising objective of 40,000USD in 2026
- Ensure the good continuity of the relationships already established with partners
- Ensure the relationship with the actual partners, and provide timely reporting.
- Participate to water kiosks visit with partners.
- Support for the preparation of proposals, in collaboration with 1001fontaines.
- Cooperate closely with 1001fontaines team and join meeting when require.
- Monitor potential new partnership with bilateral and multilateral donors present in Cambodia (development banks, international organizations, embassies) with the support of the Managing Director.
- Participate to official meeting, when require.
- Professional qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or project management.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships (preferably in the private sector) or fundraising for NGOs
- Experience in developing and implementing program strategies.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Previous experience in Cambodia is required.
