Digital Media and Communication Officer
Position Circumstances

Location: Base in Phnom Penh with required field travel
Core Role Purpose To design visual/multimedia content, edit videos, and manage RHAC’s website and social media platforms to increase public awareness of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digital & Web Management: Manage RHAC’s website (CMS) and social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including content scheduling, captions, and analytics tracking.
- Design & Video: Create graphics, infographics, and IEC materials; produce, film, and edit educational/promotional videos.
- Documentation & Support: Photograph and document events, field activities, and case studies; archive files; collaborate across departments; stay updated on digital trends.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/IT, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
Work History:
- Relevant experience for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent editing software; experience operating photo/video gear.
- Core Competencies: Expertise in social media management and basic CMS; strong Khmer and English communication; creativity, detail orientation, and commitment to SRHR principles.
