Position Summary

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan monthly digital marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate online campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
  • Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and industry trends.
  • Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Schedule and publish engaging content.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally.
  • Increase follower growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with Graphic Designers and Video Creators to produce high-quality content.
  • Prepare creative briefs and campaign concepts.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines.
  • Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new digital trends and opportunities.
  • Research consumer behavior and digital marketing best practices.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and External Agencies.
  • Support marketing events and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with influencer and KOL collaborations.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
  • Social Media Management
  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Content Marketing
  • Copywriting
  • Canva (basic)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
