We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with strong hands-on experience in Facebook page boosting and digital campaigns. This role is responsible for managing Corarl’s social media presence, executing paid advertising, and planning marketing content including videos, working closely with internal design teams or external vendors.
- Manage and maintain Corarl’s social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish digital content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Execute and optimize Facebook page boosting and paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads).
- Plan marketing video content (concepts, scripts, posting schedules) in collaboration with the UI/UX & Design team or external video production agencies.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors or outsourcing partners for video production when required.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads) and recommend improvements.
- Support Sales Executives with lead generation and campaign follow-up activities.
- Prepare simple marketing performance reports and insights for internal review.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in Facebook page boosting and ad execution.
- Experience managing and posting content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and TikTok.
- Understanding of video-based marketing content and coordination with designers or vendors.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic performance analytics.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
