Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description
Manage and coordinate all aspects of ATEC* Cambodia’s marketing activities in order to increase product awareness and sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategy in line with company's strategic goals
- Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with sales activities taking customers through the stages of awareness to conversion
- Measure results, use quantitative data to make recommendations to improve campaigns
- Manage and coordinate all company social media platforms in line with marketing plans
- Hold overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Analyze potential strategic partners and relationships, as part of company's marketing strategy
- Oversee ATEC’s marketing budget and ensure ROI
- Maintain efective internal communications to ensure that relevant company functions are well informed about marketing objectives.
- Lead customer surveys and follow trends afecting the company’s marketing eforts
- Recruit, train, develop and manage marketing team members
- What we are looking for
- You are a data-driven digital marketer able to deliver results based on a systematic, numbers-driven approach and are able to analyse large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns
- You are a strong customer-driven thinker and enjoy coaching your small team to reach their ambitious targets
- You have a solid background in marketing, both online and ofine, and are curious to implement the latest trends in digital marketing and eCommerce
- You are able to understand Cambodian mindsets and local customers buying behaviours
- You have an interest in clean cooking and contributing to improving rural communities
- You are a team player and a have a hands-on approach
- You can work to targets and motivate your team to perform at their highest level
- You are experienced in providing marketing-related trainings to local teams
- You are open to learning new things and very goal-oriented
- 5+ years marketing management experience with a strong focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of qualifed leads
- Experienced managing a small team in marketing
- Experienced working to and exceeding targets
- Khmer native speaker with very good level of English, both written and spoken

Marketing Officer
Reporting: Digital Marketing Manager
Time commitment: 5 days per week
Travel requirements: Some travel to provinces based on needs and budget, standard travel expenses covered by ATEC*
- Respond to customers through social media comments, messages or call-in in order to generate qualifed leads for call center team conversion
- Create social media content to engage online audiences and convert them to leads/qualifed leads on Facebook, ATEC’s Smart Farmer Community and other social media channels
- Analyze data at diferent touchpoints of social media channels and monitor campaign results in order to improve content and conversion rates
- Interact with sales and service after sales teams in order to get customer-relevant input, photo/video material, testimonials and live interaction for online publishing
- Cooperate with external partners and (online) resources in agricultural and clean cooking/clean energy sector to support online content publishing
- Track and record customer feedbacks/comments and report to marketing manager
- Engage directly with potential customers to confrm purchase orders and coordinate with logistics team to organize customer deliveries
- Closely work with marketing agencies and developers where required

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and online communication
- Experience in social medias trends such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and other social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Video editor, InDesign, or CRM software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Native Khmer speaker with good English communication skills (written and verbal)
